It's very small, only about a foot wide and two feet tall. The water is instantly heated by propane as we need it, rather than having a tank being heated constantly. Our electric bill is going to plummet this month. Now I can finally give the kids baths, which I must to soon because we have to get ready for a weekend trip to a wedding near Rochester. Happy 4th!!!

hey nice purchase. I would love a tankless. did you guys do a lot of research on these vs. standard? i have yet to. it must feel so good and refreshing to have hot water again...and showers.
yaaayyy!!! So good! It is amazing the things we take for granted. Like hot water, electricity, someone to pick up our garbage...

A lot of the research was just the plumber telling Dan he should get one. Which others may laugh at, but this guy has gotten us through all of our plumbing nightmares and has one at his house.
I'll update on the state of our electric bill next month and do some calculations on how much this is saving us.
thanks for the update. i lived in an apartment complex in worcester that had them, it was amazing. PRESTO hot water.
